Ensuring your account is secure is of utmost importance to Qualia and your settlement agency. Our security measures are in place to protect your real estate transactions and your personal and financial information. If you cannot access your Qualia Connect account, follow the steps below.

If you forgot your password

If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password. You will need access to the email address associated with your account.

  1. Go to the Qualia Connect login page and click on “Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address and then “Reset Password”
  3. Go to your email Inbox. Once the “Reset Your Connect Password” email arrives, open that email and click on the “Reset Password” button.
  4. Create a new password that has not been used before, including on other websites.

If you cannot access the email address associated with your account

Qualia Connect may require you to enter a Verification Code sent to your email address when you log in from a new device.

Qualia Connect does not allow users to change their email address. If your email address has changed, please ask your Settlement Agent to invite your new email address to your Order.

If you are still logged in on another device, you can set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) using the logged-in device to receive verification codes via SMS or Authenticator App instead of email.

  1. In the upper right corner, click on your name.
  2. Click “Settings” and then click on the “Security” tab.
  3. Click on “Configure 2FA” to finish setting up 2FA.

If you cannot receive SMS messages or no longer have access to your Authenticator App

If you are currently logged in to Qualia Connect on another device, you can change your SMS phone number or switch Authenticator Apps codes by editing your 2FA settings.

  1. In the upper right corner, click on your name.
  2. Click “Settings” and then click on the “Security” tab.
  3. Click on “Configure 2FA” to finish setting up 2FA.
If you are not logged in to Qualia Connect, Qualia’s Support team will have to reset your 2FA settings after verifying your identity. Call 1-855-915-5119 to start the process. Our support team will set up a video call with the account holder to verify their identity using a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license. This process ensures only the account holder can access the account.
